He even gave me expected costs prior to arrival so we wouldn't have any surprises. When he came to give me my quote, he arrived early, and was wearing a mask. He had all of his equipment and took pictures of the roof and all problem areas. He thoroughly explained the issues and costs associated with fixing them. He even took the time to fix the immediate problem while he was here because he knew there was a storm coming. He was very kind and courteous and took down the toys that my kids "accidentally" threw up there. We will definitely be using them for all of our future roofing needs.”
